Outboard tilt tubes tend to rust internally over time, especially when not used often. There are very limited options in tools available to thoroughly clean out the tube.
These wire brushes have been made to our specifications, designed specifically to clean outboard tilt tubes, removing old hard grease, rust, salt build up and any other debris that can cause steering cable friction.
